Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the sales team in winning and retaining clients.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cash management products, including ACH, EDI, Imaging, Lockbox, Treasury Source/Business Source Remote Corporate Capture, and Controlled Disbursements.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or 5-7 years of work-related experience with 2-3 years in sales-related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of cash management technical products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
