Job Overview

At StretchLab of South Tulsa, we're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales and Membership Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, community, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in generating new leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales
  • Book and confirm intro classes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Conduct facility tours, building relationships with clients and tailoring our services to meet their unique needs and goals
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of StretchLab as a leading fitness and wellness provider
  • Present our services to current and prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote our brand and services
  • Ensure the studio remains clean and tidy, maintaining a safe and inviting environment for our clients
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
  • Ability to learn and effectively use our ClubReady software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday, with regular breaks to maintain energy and focus
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, both in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
