LPN Job Description
At Centers Health Care, we are seeking a skilled nursing assistant leader to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

The salary for this position is competitive, with a base rate of $30.13 per hour and an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. We also offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to help you get started.

As an LPN on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
