About the Role
Camunda is seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive growth and success in North America. As Vice President, Sales, you will lead our sales organization, developing and executing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in North America
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and customer success
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Exceptional sales and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
