Position Overview:
- Welcome and check in clients and their pets
- Manage client billing and payment processing
- Respond to phone inquiries and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Handle prescription refill requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Prepare necessary documentation for veterinary procedures
- Reconcile cash drawer and generate financial reports
- Oversee communication through client interaction platforms
*Availability for some evening and weekend shifts is required.
