Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all necessary documentation is maintained.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, customers, and vendors.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in construction management or a related field, or six years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam/Adobe Pro, estimating software, Procore/Primavera or other Project Management software, file sharing systems, and typing skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for project and department support.
