Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. With a workforce of over 700 professionals, ACRC operates across multiple offices within a ten-county region, playing a crucial role in the support of our community members for over 50 years.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Compensation varies based on experience and educational background.

  • Service Coordinator I: $26.78/hr.
  • Service Coordinator IIIB: $31.43/hr. (requires a master's degree and 1 year of social work experience)
  • Service Coordinator IIIA: $34.71/hr. (requires a master's degree and 2 years of post-master's experience)
POSITION OVERVIEW

ACRC is currently in search of a Service Coordinator to deliver comprehensive case management and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Assisting clients and their families in accessing and maintaining necessary support services such as transportation, vocational training, and mental health services.
  • Acting as an advocate for clients in interactions with community organizations.
  • Collaborating with service providers to facilitate certifications, applications, and referrals.
  • Participating in the creation and ongoing evaluation of Individual Program Plans for clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Guiding clients through the intake process, including conducting assessments and maintaining relevant records.
  • Providing on-call emergency services as needed.
