At Soar Autism Center, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As a Bilingual Behavior Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission-driven care model.

Our innovative approach combines the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you'll contribute to a collaborative environment where every team member's contribution is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care.
  • Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
  • Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
