The Audiovisual Support Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with our leadership team to execute events that meet our high standards of technical, design, and engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, creativity, and a strong aptitude for technology. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Utilizing daily coverage sheets to assess equipment requirements for setup and dismantling.
  2. Ensuring seamless event execution through precise setup, operation, and takedown of audiovisual equipment.
  3. Monitoring events and maintaining communication with clients throughout the duration.
  4. Fostering positive relationships with hotel accounts and internal teams.
  5. Upholding a high standard of professional appearance and conduct.
  6. Managing onsite inventory in accordance with company protocols.
  7. Ensuring accurate and timely client billing.
  8. Effectively utilizing company business software to enhance operational efficiency.
