Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Massage Envy Las Vegas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services and products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Greet clients upon arrival, schedule services, answer phone calls, address questions and concerns, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
  • Promote Total Body Care: Educate clients on new and expanded services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book clients for future services, and encourage home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet sales quotas, daily, by connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products to support the mission of total body care.
  • Uphold Core Values: Recognize and support team goals, build positive relationships with team members, and champion the well-being of members, guests, and team members.
Requirements
  • Sales Superstar: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, and you must be able to meet sales quotas, daily.
  • Customer Service Expert: Provide exceptional customer service, making everyone feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone.
  • Team Player: Work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment, supporting team goals and building positive relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Have a general knowledge of massage and skin care services, and be able to think critically, juggle multiple tasks, and set priorities.
