About the JobWe're seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. In this role, you'll provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care
- Managing all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines
- Providing recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
- Recommending and implementing courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively superior organization
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
