H Mart Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking shelves, operating cash registers, and answering customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide assistance with products and services.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and restocking shelves.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and process payments.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Positive Attitude: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by H Mart, and be able to answer customer questions.
- Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Initiative to quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or managers when necessary.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with colleagues, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Health/Dental/Vision Insurance: Eligible after 60 days and 30 hours per week.
- FSA & DCFSA Program: Eligible after 60 days and 30 hours per week, and enrolled in health insurance.
- EAP (Employee Assistance Program): Available to all employees.
- PSL (Paid Sick Leave): May vary by state laws.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible after 1 year, 1,000 hours, and age 21.
- BTA (Business Travel Accident Insurance): Available to all employees.
