We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide assistance with products and services.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and restocking shelves.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Operations Support: Assist with various tasks such as bagging groceries, operating the cash register, and providing support to other team members.
- Positive Attitude: Provide great customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by H Mart.
- Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Initiative to quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns, seeking appropriate solutions.
