We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide assistance with products and services.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as monitoring inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Operations Support: Assist with various tasks such as operating the cash register, processing payments, and handling customer complaints.
- Positive Attitude: Provide great customer service in an accurate, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by H Mart.
- Organization and Time Management: Prioritize and manage time effectively to multi-task different responsibilities.
- Problem Solving: Quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns, seeking appropriate solutions and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Health/Dental/Vision Insurance: Eligible for employees who have worked for over 60 days and at least 30 hours per week.
- FSA & DCFSA Program: Eligible for employees who have worked for over 60 days and at least 30 hours per week, and who are enrolled in the health insurance.
- EAP (Employee Assistance Program): Available to all employees.
- PSL (Paid Sick Leave): May vary by state laws.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible for employees who have worked for 1 year, over 1,000 hours, and attainment age 21.
