Aquatic Education Specialist

As an Aquatic Education Specialist, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety of all participants while imparting swimming skills through our established curriculum. You will focus on enhancing water confidence among students, encouraging them to reach their full potential. Regular communication with students and colleagues is essential, and we value individuals who are open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
In this role, you will report to the Deck Supervisor or Administrative Coordinator during your shifts and provide assistance throughout the pool area as required. We pride ourselves on fostering a rewarding work environment that is ideal for those who enjoy teaching and being in a water-centric setting. Paid training is provided, and starting wages are negotiable based on prior experience. This is a part-time role, with shifts available during specified hours throughout the week. A minimum commitment of two days per week is expected.
