">Overview of the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Media Planner with expertise in digital media buying to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of media planning and buying, from strategy through execution and optimization.
">Main Responsibilities

- Media Planning and Buying: Plan, negotiate, and buy media across traditional and digital channels, including TV, radio, digital, and OOH.">
- Strata Platform Expertise: Utilize Strata (or similar platform) to create, execute, and manage media buys, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.">
- RFP/RFQ Processes: Lead RFP and RFQ processes, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to gather proposals and secure competitive rates.">
- Negotiation and Rate Optimization: Negotiate rates and secure premium placements across media platforms, guaranteeing maximum value for clients.">
- Media Strategy Development: Research, analyze, and recommend media strategies that align with client objectives and budgets.">
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to secure optimal placements and rates.">
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.">
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns at the forefront of media innovation.">
Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.">
- At least 2 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital channels.">
- Proficiency with Strata or similar media buying platforms.">
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure optimal media rates and placements.">
- Experience leading RFP and RFQ processes with media vendors.">
- Experience with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other programmatic platforms is a plus.">
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.">
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.">
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.">
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.">
- Knowledge of emerging media trends and technologies.">
