Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Living Services Director to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing nursing services to residents, supervising the Resident Services Department, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • Provides nursing services to residents, including resident teaching, wellness counseling, and health promotion
  • Supervises the Resident Services Department, including move-in process, assessment and service plan, staff training and education, and delegation
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains a safe and healthy environment for residents
  • Responsible for monthly Resident Care Service staffing schedule and meeting monthly budget targets


Requirements:


  • Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid MA license
  • Must have experience and passion in working with seniors
  • Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members
