Position Overview

This role is designed to assist a Consultant within our Technology Practice, focusing specifically on searches related to Go To Market Technology.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position that allows for flexibility, requiring 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends and client companies, mapping the executive talent landscape to provide valuable market insights.

Support Consultants in formulating position specifications and developing targeted search strategies.

Assist in the preparation of business development materials and candidate assessment documents for presentation to clients.

Communication & Engagement:

Engage with potential candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities, gather referrals, and collect market intelligence.

Assist in conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications against the specified requirements.

Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process, keeping the Consultant informed of updates.

Values & Collaboration:

Build strong partnerships across various stakeholders to foster productive and trusting relationships within the firm.

Encourage a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Act as a culture ambassador, supporting firm, practice, and office initiatives.

Exhibit self-awareness, humility, empathy, and open-mindedness in professional interactions.

Quality & Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all search-related information in our internal and external research tools.

Maintain status reports and client-ready documents for internal and external presentations.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results on time.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Demonstrate resilience and commitment to ethical practices in challenging situations.

Basic Qualifications

3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years in a relevant recruiting role.

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to write and present information effectively.

Develop skills in collaborating with external clients and candidates, and begin to understand relationship-building techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting within Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Background in targeting candidates, creating pitch materials, and conducting market research.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in identifying market trends and effectively researching information through various channels.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
