Mental Health Support Specialist

As a Mental Health Support Specialist at Swope Health, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides comprehensive care to individuals in need. Your role will involve implementing activities guided by individual treatment plans, education, and monitoring of daily living activities. You will champion recovery efforts and empower clients to treat dependence with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans and provide education to clients
- Monitor daily living activities and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive care
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree or two years of college in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Two years experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or in the mental health field preferred
