Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep instructional design experience, ideally 5+ years of digital learning design experience.
  • Facilitation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADDIE development process and digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot SCORMs and LMS integrations.
  • Experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with learning platforms (Workday's LMS preferred).
