Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Achieve personal sales goals bi-weekly, provide excellent customer service, and represent Victra and Total Wireless in a positive way.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry information through daily reviews of promotions, plans, and devices.
- Outbound Sales: Make daily outbound calls and texts to drive sales using various platforms.
- Store Environment: Create a premier retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.
- Training and Development: Attend weekly and monthly trainings to stay current on products and services.
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Language: Spanish/Bilingual
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
We offer a guaranteed minimum all-in rate of $40-$50k, with additional earning potential through uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Physical Requirements- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Standing: Ability to stand for long periods of time
All Wireless Sales Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based trainings will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
