Blue Link Wireless - AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Blue Link Wireless, a fast-growing AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as a Blue Link Wireless, AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate. As an AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting our AT&T customers through the selection and buying process, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service
  • Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs
  • Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
  • Possessing a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
