Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Entry Level Customer Service Rep. In this position, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service and assistance to our clientele. You will act as the primary contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide precise information regarding our offerings.
  • Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Support the sales department by aiding in order entry and documentation.
  • Update customer accounts with pertinent information and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
