Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation of ABB-EL pricing policies and daily operations through price negotiations with product management and the commercial sales team covering SB (Smart Building) and SP (Smart Power) product portfolio.

• Strategically review and approve regional standards and special pricing agreements utilizing trade area data, market & channel impact, product line strategy, price and profitability.
• Analyze volume/price/mix/share interactions by trade area, customer, product line, agreement type, regions, and salesperson.
• Drive standardization of processes across regions and product lines.
• Actively support the Customer Service Team related to price blocks, price disputes, and other price queries.
• Support the team's efforts to document pricing strategies, processes, and market feedback.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or analytics role and 2 years in electrical distribution industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate and operate at all levels in English. (Spanish is an asset.)
• Deep knowledge in ABB-EL Industrial Solutions products and tools (Excel, SAP, Vistaar, and Vistex) is a clear asset.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
