Overall responsibility:

The Integration Activation Specialist at Cubex is responsible for activating Cubex Software within Veterinary Practice Management Information Systems.

Responsibilities include integrating patient profiles, billing systems, Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN), and related functionalities.

This dynamic position involves conducting client meetings, planning projects, providing technical insights, auditing and reviewing systems, importing and analyzing data, conducting workflow analysis, and delivering consultative training to clients.

Proficiency in Veterinary Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) and workflow management is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities include:


Leading the integration activation process, from initial customer engagement to full activation across various integration types such as patient, billing, profile, and order integrations.

Conducting data validation and formatting procedures before importing data into the respective databases.

Efficiently managing multiple projects spanning 6-8 weeks, ensuring professionalism and adherence to timelines.

Providing comprehensive education to customers on integration workflows and conducting post-activation testing to guarantee functionality.

Adapting to customer Practice Information Management System (PIMS) changes, including collecting new data mapped by the client and modifying existing data as required.

Collaborating with integration partners to implement new features and releases aimed at enhancing functionality.

Utilizing Salesforce as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track communications and activation progress.

Skills and Attributes:

Proficiency in HL7 standards with experience in interface engines

Capable of testing, debugging, modifying, tuning, and documenting HL7 messages as required

Familiarity with web services/APIs

Knowledge of SQL scripting is advantageous

Leadership skills in communication with vendor partners for integration optimization

Ability to identify and implement HL7 interface customizations for project requirements

Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting capabilities

Expertise in task tracking, defining next steps, and assigning ownership

Desired experience in project management due to the volume of accounts

Proficient with IT infrastructure and technology

Comfortable conducting demonstrations and configuring integrations over the phone

Passionate about delivering excellent client experiences

Quick learner with an analytical, curious, and project-oriented mindset

Education/Licenses/Certifications desired:

High School Diploma required.

Required: 1 year of Customer Service

Preferred: 1-3 years of experience working with integrations with PIMS software and/or Webservice platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Must be comfortable presenting at customer locations, veterinary community events, or team-building celebrations.

Preferred knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with SalesForce CRM is advantageous.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 annually; commensurate with experience
