Job Title: Primary Care Physician

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at Alluvion Health. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent health outcomes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong foundation in family medicine and experience working in a clinical setting. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary health care to patients according to established principles of clinical practice and the patient's current Health Care Plan.
  • Assist the Medical Director and other physicians in revision and implementation of practice principles, clinical protocols and health care plans as needed.
  • Supervise, consult with, and precept family practice residents, medical students, and staff nurse practitioners and physician assistants as directed.
  • Serve as a role model for effective teamwork among staff and actively work to maintain positive morale and attitude.
  • Safeguard all patients' health information whether written, verbal, and electronic with privacy and confidentiality. Follow HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited medical school, licensed to practice as a physician in Montana with full prescriptive authority, current DEA, and board certified or board eligible in Family Practice.
  • Two years' experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
