**Job Title:** Primary Care Clinician

**Salary:** Estimated salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:** As a Primary Care Clinician at Greater Good Health, you will lead patient care for our primary care clinics, working closely with Nurse Practitioners to provide holistic, high-touch, coordinated care for senior patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering exceptional clinical care, actively engaging and managing patient panels, ensuring efficient clinic flow, conducting visit activities, and promoting clinical and safety standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, completion of initial Certified Nursing Assistant onboarding program, 3+ years' experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and primary care experience is a plus. Current Registered Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) or Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) ASCP certification and BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association are also preferred.
