At Alluvion Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services to individuals and families, ensuring that they receive high-quality care in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Job Summary:
- Coordinate and support patient care with providers and care teams.
- Review and update medical records before patient visits.
- Screen patients, gather information, and assess immunization status.
- Prepare patients and assist with physical exams and procedures.
- Administer treatments, medications, and immunizations as ordered by providers.
- Facilitate referrals to community providers and organizations.
- Document patient encounters, treatments, and follow-ups in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in care team huddles and contribute to patient care planning.
- Track and document referrals for specialty services or additional resources.
- Engage in Quality Improvement activities, attend meetings, and participate in peer reviews.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and work collaboratively with staff to meet organizational goals.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in primary healthcare principles and nursing practices, as well as experience working with diverse populations in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner.
Requirements:
- RN degree required; BSN preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in primary healthcare or equivalent.
- Montana Nursing License required; valid Montana driver's license required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
