Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's behavioral and emotional needs.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement new skills and strategies.
  • Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, sociology) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
