We are seeking a highly skilled Admin II - B&M Customer Care Representative to join our team at Ahold Delhaize USA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing level 2 customer support and escalations.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to store personnel and customers, working closely with them to document, resolve, and/or escalate problems being reported.

We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior call center experience and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

**Requirements:**

  • High School or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferably)
  • Prior call center experience preferred
