Job Summary

Premise Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and a strengths-based perspective.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress, ensuring effective care coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, with a strong preference for a PhD or PsyD.
  • Advanced degree and licensure to practice clinical psychology.
  • Experience in integrated behavioral health settings, with a focus on treating mental health conditions, including depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment in outpatient counseling settings.
  • Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available resources.
  • Diagnostic assessment and referral skills, with advanced clinical training at the doctorate degree level.
  • Strong cultural competency and ability to interact with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
