Animal Rehabilitation Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Animal Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care for our special needs pets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care, including feeding, bathing, and administering medication
- Assisting with animal handling and basic restraint
- Supporting our veterinary team with acupuncture and physical therapy
- Keeping our clinic clean and organized, including mopping, sweeping, and restocking exam rooms
- Assisting disabled patients with transportation and other needs

About YouWe're looking for someone with a strong passion for animal care and a willingness to learn. While veterinary experience is preferred, it's not required. If you have experience working with animals, either in a clinic or hospital setting or at a doggie daycare or boarding facility, that's a plus.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a great attitude, and a team spirit. If you're able to lift at least 50 pounds and have a love for animals, we'd love to hear from you.
What to ExpectAs an Animal Rehabilitation Assistant, you'll work a variety of shifts, including morning and evening shifts, with some weekends required. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of special needs pets and their families, and you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in their lives.
