About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Animal Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and rehabilitation services to our special needs patients. Your primary duties will include providing animal care, assisting with rehabilitation treatments, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional animal care, including feeding, bathing, and administering medication as needed
  • Assist with rehabilitation treatments, such as physical therapy and hydrotherapy
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
Requirements
  • Experience working with animals, preferably in a veterinary or rehabilitation setting
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for animal care and rehabilitation
