Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Specialist is essential in guaranteeing the effective and precise management of revenue generation processes within our financial services and wealth management organization. This role encompasses overseeing various components of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of financial operations, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding problem-solving abilities. This position will engage with client-facing financial advisory teams, accounting, and compliance departments throughout the entire revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate all invoices for designated teams and track the billing queue throughout the month.
  • Manage adjustments for upcoming months and communicate deadlines with teams.
  • Verify and confirm account changes for invoice accuracy each billing period, including:
    • New clients
    • New accounts
    • Billed/non-billed accounts and assets
    • Closed/transferred accounts
  • Inform teams of account cash requirements per billing period, ensuring all cash balances are confirmed before processing fees at custodians.
  • Prepare and upload fees to custodians.
  • Confirm payments and finalize monthly invoices.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring accurate and current account information.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide revenue reconciliation reports to teams at month-end, detailing revenue received and outstanding invoices.
  • Comply with all relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the financial services industry, ideally in revenue cycle management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM.
