At GardaWorld, we offer competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team in Bethel, PA. Compensation: $20.50 / Hour. Shift: two options available. Option 1: 12:00am-8:00am, Friday and Saturday, Part Time 16 hrs/ week and 4pm-12am Sundays, 8 hrs/week. Option 2: 4:00am-8:00pm, Friday & Saturday, Full time, 32 hrs/week. Your primary focus is to provide excellent customer service, observing and surveying the area, and reporting on activity at your assigned location. You must be able to respond quickly in critical situations and provide detailed reports. You will also enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have a high school education or equivalent (GED), pass an extensive screening process, and have experience in security, military, law enforcement, or logistics.
