About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental process, including processing rentals, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience for customers.
  • Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and preferences.
  • Offer optional products and services to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Qualify customers using our company rental requirement guidelines and provide assistance with directions, maps, and local area information as needed.
  • Review rental parameters with customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Ensure accurate return dates and times on rental agreements and review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Folders with all required information and answer phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and coordinate with colleagues to minimize wait times and promote efficient service.
Requirements
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to achieve and exceed targeted goals.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working well within a team.
  • 100% customer focus, with proven experience in a customer-facing environment.
