Job Title: Substance Use Care Coordinator

MVP Recovery is committed to delivering a dynamic patient-centered approach to SUD treatment. Our team members are passionate about assisting clients on their recovery journey.

As a Substance Use Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting substance use Level of Care Assessments and determining patient care levels based on ASAM guidelines.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and completely in electronic monitoring records.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and adhering to HIPPA and 42 CFR regulations.
  • Facilitating continuum of care activities and coordinating with external agencies and referral sources.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in level of care assessments for SUD and co-occurring populations, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Familiarity with funding sources such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Private insurance is required.
