Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Landscaping Team Member, you will:

  • Act as a front-line employee, providing exceptional care and service.
  • Perform essential tasks related to landscape maintenance with a focus on quality and service delivery.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, engaging in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying weights between 35-80 pounds.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and prepared for the next day.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Attendance: Regular presence is crucial to meet our customer service objectives.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: Effectively managing time spent on each job is essential for profitability.
  • Return Rates: Maintaining high-quality standards to minimize the need for rework.
  • Customer Retention: Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilization of Software & Processes: Leveraging tools to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related service industries.
  • A willingness to undergo training within a specified timeframe if you lack prior experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $20.00, depending on your experience in lawn care or landscaping. Additional benefits include full-time employment, a pay review after a probationary period, and paid time off after a specified duration.
