Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the company's goals are met and overseeing the efficient production of our services. This includes continuous training and hiring of crew members, improving efficiency through job sequencing and scheduling management, and ensuring the safety of our crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager regarding job status and progress.
  • Estimate job requirements and readiness, identifying special circumstances that may impact the job.
  • Oversee crew production, ensuring crews are equipped properly for each day's work.
  • Coordinate manpower and assist in scheduling small installs with mow and prune crews to maintain peak efficiency.
  • Manage Foremen on quality and progress of jobs, ensuring they are aware of all materials, equipment, and programs.
  • Transport machinery and materials to and from jobs as needed.
  • Manage assets, including equipment tracking and maintenance.
  • Respond to Account Manager requests and communicate concerns.
  • Understand the concept of quality as it relates to employees, programs, work output, clients, and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Clean driver record for the past 3 years
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and complete daily work routines
  • Ability to establish relationships with clients
  • Ability to praise and reprimand crew members
  • Promptness (on-time attendance)
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
