Job Summary:The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, including orientation, competency assessment, and job growth and development. You will work closely with our inter-professional teams to facilitate nursing practice and positive outcomes for consumers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of our clinical staff, including orientation, competency assessment, and job growth and development.
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to facilitate nursing practice and positive outcomes for consumers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with best practices in nursing education and professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current California RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing education or professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
