Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Participate in discharge planning, utilizing available resources to ensure smooth transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Associates of Science in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License and ACLS, BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience or related.
