Product Engineer Opportunity

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to collaborate with a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position that requires strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the production team, ensuring seamless product development and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough failure analysis on customer products to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate and analyze complex problems, working closely with local and overseas teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and concerns.
  • Set up repair lines, including ESD tools and grounding, to ensure safe and efficient product repair.
  • Develop and implement analytical approaches to critical problems, leveraging technical expertise and creativity.
  • Prepare parts and components for factory team second-level failure analysis, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Work closely with the factory team to resolve product-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience as a FA engineer for computing devices.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong Office suite knowledge, including Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
  • Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, and configuration files such as ini.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, with minimal supervision and a strong focus on results.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform technical decisions.
  • Flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business support, as needed.
