Job Title: Area Maintenance Specialist

At Loveland Ski Area, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Area Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ski area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct traffic to available parking spaces, ensuring a safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
  • Maintain parking lots in a safe condition, including snow removal and sanding when necessary.
  • Assist in snow removal around buildings, walkways, and roofs to maintain safe conditions.
  • Support general maintenance and cleanliness of the ski area, including removing/hauling trash and recycling.
  • Complete a ski/ride ability assessment required for basic maintenance of on-mountain cabins.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation, as daily duties begin before the Loveland Employee Shuttle service is available.
  • Must provide excellent guest service and be willing to work in a fun environment
  • Must be able to stand/walk 40-60% of a shift in all weather conditions.
  • Lifting and using upper body motions 15-25% in all weather conditions.
