Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning work areas, emptying waste baskets, and restocking supplies.
  • Ensure all areas and office spaces are kept clean and tidy, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as mops and vacuum cleaners, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Empty trash cans and waste baskets, and replace liners as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, such as deep cleaning and event preparation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies.
