Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing seamless service delivery by answering client questions and resolving problems
  • Offering account maintenance and recommending digital solutions to deepen relationships
  • Identifying client needs and recommending solutions when fraud is suspected
  • Recording data accurately and escalating complex issues through appropriate channels
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and bank procedures

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
