Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting, preferably in a step-down level of care unit.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- ACLS and NIH Stroke Certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
