Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Building Repair Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in construction work, including general construction, roofing, and masonry. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, opportunities for growth and development, and a positive and supportive work environment.

In this role, you will perform waterproofing tasks on commercial buildings throughout North Carolina, conduct site inspections to identify and assess water damage, and perform repairs using a variety of techniques and materials.

Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately
