We are a talent agency specializing in IT recruitment, working with various clients across the industry.

Our current opening is for a Business System Analyst I role to work on-site with one of our major clients in Columbia, SC. This position requires 2-3 days of remote work and demands flexibility, strong analytical skills, and experience in applications analysis and design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze systems specifications, design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs.
  • Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of development methodologies and concepts in mainframe, midrange, and PC/LAN environments.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of file transfer protocols and integration environments, specifically IBM Sterling Managed File Transfer (MFT) Integration. Familiarity with project management concepts and attention to detail are essential.

Salary and Benefits

This Business System Analyst I role comes with a competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
