This position also entails providing support to the sales and service teams during the bidding process and assessing labor needs.

  • Execute pre-bid tasks such as conducting site assessments, preparing technical documentation, and estimating labor hours.
  • Oversee post-order processes, which include site management, ensuring environmental safety, and maintaining project records.

Additional responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and addressing client concerns. Strong technical acumen and leadership capabilities are vital for success in this position.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing site installations.
  • Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, organizational abilities, attention to detail, negotiation, teamwork, and a strong customer focus.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 5-7 years of relevant site installation experience.
  • Familiarity with air handling and filtration systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental protocols.

Educational Background:

Experience in the technical industry is preferred; knowledge of high-purity air filtration systems is advantageous.

Certifications:

  • OSHA 10-hour certification.
  • Certification for aerial lifts and forklifts.

Specialized Skills:

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Experience in duct cleaning.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics management.
  • Experience in mold remediation and unit encapsulation.
