Frito-Lay Packaging Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Packaging Specialist to join our team at Frito-Lay. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for constructing boxes and packing products with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct boxes and pack products manually or with automated machines
  • Maintain effective pace on the packing lines
  • Perform regular quality checks at required frequency
  • Conduct dry wipes and wet wash changeovers on manufacturing equipment
  • Set up lines during changeover processes
  • Maintain housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products
